In a perfect world I'd be a litterary genious, travelling around the world doing book readings, fashion shows and photo exhibitions.

In a perfect world I could make a living from my writing and photographs, and I'd have an adoring artist who would sketch me. Ooooh, wait, sketch me nekkkid. And we'd get into terrible, passionate fights involving the breaking of plates and that always ended in hot frenzied sex.

God. My problem is I'm a chronic dreamer. It's a terribly wonderful inconvenient necessary affliction. I spend most of my days floating around the outermost atmosphere, with my feet clumsily tripping around on the ground below.

I know what I want out of life. And i know i deserve it (don't look at me for false modesty. Im not of that school) I just don't know how to go about getting it. yet. Wheter it be buckling down and submitting my writing to some editor (oh god) or starting my longLUSTED journey in the fashion industry (!!) or simply mustering up the courage to talk to that cute boy with the shaggy brown hair and good shoes who randomly loves to take photographs (it's always boys with good shoes and cameras that do me in..)

Nevertheless, with absolutely nooo clue or direction in where i am going and despite of my drive to get to that place, i could'nt be happier with where i am right now. I am surrounded by marvelousness. I just got back from a long weekend in Oslo, and i realized.. I have the most a m a z i n g people in my life. They inspire and stimulate me in every inkling movement made and it takes my breath away every single time it happens. I've had remarkable conversations with even more remarkable people. I feel like i'm placed on a pedestal with every word said to me, yet they all manage to keep me so grounded. I am forever humble and greatfull. Ya'll can wear my rolex ANYDAY;)

No i don't know what to do with myself.
But you know what? I'm having hella fun figuring out what it is I should be doing.

For quite some time now Ags and I have been talking about getting tattoo's together. No, not matching homo bestfriends for'eva'eva symbolic ones. Simply doing it together. I like the thought of that. just you&me kinda.

Anyway, last night as i were to fall asleep i could'nt stop thinkin' about the ink making it's pleasant way to my even more pleasant body. (haha, oh shut up im funny!) The thing is, im scared shittfucked to get one. The pain! I would die. I WILL die. Gaah! So yea, this, mixed with ambivalence on what to actually get tattoed and where to get it, sent my mind of drifting. Whilest drifting, i found myself simoultaneously pinching (harrd as a motherfucker) different parts of my body trying to find out which spot would hurt the least. Well since I ain't gettin' one on my cakes, i figured the pain would be even Steven anyways. So i fell asleep, as clueless about the tattoo thing as i was before i started the mind rambling. Nonetheless, i had gained many tiny pinchmarks on my lower wrist, upper wrist, the side of my neck, outer ankle, underarm, top of my foot, finger, the back of my leg and a spot somewhere in the center of my back which i can't really reach but i somehow imagine a tattoo would look magnifique.

So for now, i guess im back with Ags, on the endless path towards that INKling feeling of toughness! Rawr.

In less than 24 houres, i, Chris, am leaving for the wonderfull city of London. I am improbably excited of going away. I love going away. Somewhere. Anywhere really. I'm packed. I love packing. And how i always leave a little tiny space in the side of my suitcase for that "little" i always intend to buy. I also love how i look like a proon everytime i head home, due to over doing the "little", dragging my suitcase, my handluggage, another handluggage and another two extra paperbags of new new new after me!:) gaah. love it! Kudos to my family for being assistants during my preparation ahead of any trip. Wether it be ironing and washing my clothes, helping me pick out nailpolish for the ped', yes'ing and no'ing outfits or just managing my playlist whilest packing. I'm gay like that. Mind your own, will'ya.

So it's raining. pretty badly. and i am loosely dwelled in my bed singing my cunt out to some tune i have not yet learned all the lyrics of. It's too loud for the rest of my world, but it could'nt bother me less. Im feeling artistic this evening. emotionally artistic that is. which leads me to write. and chain smoke like a fool. i love it. it's the rain on my windowpain. not important. im thinking of the people in my life. there are many. i met a few of them whilest visiting my home town this weekend. the most important ones. god i fucking adore them.

i had a couple of amazing conversations with a few of my loved ones throughout the weekend. about stimulation and inspiration and the lack thereof. what parts people tend to take in your life and the type of energy they bring to it. i hella liked it.

I've had a lot on my mind lately about this in perticular topic. i used to have a person in my life who managed to become a bigger part of my everyday than i ever thought possible. it seemed so real for the longest time. i was in love with his soul. with his words. with his actions. it was beautiful, but so dysfunctional. whatever it was. kind of pointless kind of heartfelt. i've been told i was fragile. delicate. i thought i was tough. guess not. idk. does it matter? Things are yet to fall into place, i know that. eventhough i doubt they ever will. (?) the point is, as long as you and i continue living, things will never fall into place. my thoughts are likely never to be understood (they don't even make sence in my own head). i just want the ability to talk to anyone i ever miss, anyone i ever feel a strong need to communicate with. sometimes he suits that need . but i can't be bothered. i shall only fall again, and im too weak for that.

the worst is this silence. gaah. it's so loud i can almost hear it. the cruelest of words and actions respectively is the absence of them. i can take any insult. size it up and chalk it up. But silence..
the only thing worse than knowing what you're thinking of me is not knowing.
i'll leave that at that.

So I am in love.
Ok, not really.
But lovely freaked out by relateableness. (if that is even a word?)

"No one belongs here more than you", by Miranda July is one of the most resplendent collections of short stories i've ever read. My sister Ags, (whom i btw share this perfect blog with) Yes.. I just used the word "whom", I'm a sticker for grammar. Anyway, she gave me this for my birthday. I can not even begin to explain how amazed I am for how well she knows me. Nobody really knows me, and for her to have given me this book that is ridiculously, randomly, unexplanably like myself, is simply amazing.
So back to the book.

July's stories startle me at every turn, sometimes by their sexual frankness, sometimes by passages of impossibly lush eloquence and very often by their sheer inventiveness. There's a whimsical, dreamlike quality to her writing. She has an understanding of human truths and an extraordinary honesty about our wish for acceptance. Miranda July's is a beautiful, odd, original voice - seductive, sometimes erotic and a little creepy too. Who will her work appeal to? To borrow the name of her lovely first film, "Me and You and Everyone We Know".

Here's a part from my favourite shorty so far, "The shared patio".

Vincent has a wife named Helena. She is Greek with blonde hair. It's dyed. I was going to be polite and not mention that is was dyed, but I really don't think she cares if anyone knows. In fact, I think she is going for the dyed look, with the roots showing. What if she and I were close friends. What if I borrowed her clothes and she said, that looks better on you, you shoulk keep it. What if she called me in tears, and I had to come over and soothe her in the kitchen, and Vincent tried to come into the kitchen and we said, Stay out, this is girl talk! I saw something like that happen on TV; these two women were talking about some stolen underwear and a man came in and they said, Stay out, this is girl talk! One reason Helena and I would never be close friends is that I am about half as tall as she. People tend to stick to their own size group because it's easier on the neck. Unless they are romantically involved, in which case the size difference is sexy. It means: I am willing to go the distance for you.

There are tonns of more paragraphs i would like to share, but I'll save them for a rainy day.

Well, it's 9pm and the sun is still hott hott hott, so I am off to the harbour for some wine with a girlfriend. I just managed to get a papercut on my left hand knuckles, and it stings pretty bad. But patch it up and off i ride my bike.

When i was little my mom and dad always brought me along to visit their friends, a german couple. I remember finding it so boring there, because they didn't have any kids of their own i could play with. Of course, things that are boring, you tend to forget pretty fast. So naturally, i couldn't remember much from the days at their house. Untill a couple of days ago when i came across this picture. I haven't seen this since i was ten, but it made me remember!
